The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of England and
Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England
and Wales.
1) Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully
(in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to
process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible
service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or
from another trader in the future.
The type of information we may collect about you includes:

phone number
email address
credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your
explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you
find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it as soon as
possible.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European
Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors
to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored
on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this
happening. The information collected in this way can be used to

2) Security for ordering online
All orders are made through a secure web server. The Paypal method
of online payments, which we use, is currently used by millions of
people worldwide. It is a highly established way of sending payments
electronically over the Internet. Thousands of payments are made
satisfactorily and securely every day over the Internet through
Paypal.
This service provides a safe, fast, easy, and cheap way to move
money in today's digital economy. With around 10 million registered
users, PayPal is the world's largest Internet-based payment network.
3) Delivery, Payment and Insurance

International delivery charges are on request email

Delivery cost within the UK are noted on each individual piece of
work. We endeavour to send your order as soon as possible. Under
normal circumstances, this will be done within 48 hours of receiving
your order. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed however, but any
couriers or postal services that we use will normally deliver goods
within a week of us receiving your order. If the artwork that you
have chosen to buy is currently being exhibited, you will be
notified immediately, and delivery will be arranged as soon as
possible.
International Delivery charges are calculated according to the
destination and the packing method.
Payments are charged in UK pounds. If any delivery has been arranged
and there is no way of gaining access to the property, we will
charge for a second delivery if this is necessary.
Duties
Some purchases from customers outside the UK may be subject to duty
in their own country. Any duties levied are the responsibility of
the customer.
Packaging
All items are packed to a high standard to help ensure that they
arrive in perfect condition
Payment
Online payments are processed via Paypal.
We also accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to:
Pure Arts Group Limited. Please note items will not be dispatched
until cheques have fully cleared, therefore, this may take longer
than our stated max 20 days.
The title of goods is not transferred until full payment has
occurred to Pure Arts Group in cleared funds
In the event of non-payment, we have the right to repossess goods.
Interest may be added to unpaid invoices.
Insurance
All items will be fully insured during transit to cover damage, loss
or non-delivery.
4) Money back guarantee
If you decide not to keep your purchase, for any reason at all, you
may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, or full
reimbursement, less any costs. Damaged goods must be notified to us
within 24 hours of receipt.
5) Copyright
Copyright in all information, text and images featured on this site,
is owned by or used with permission by Pure Arts Group.
When an original piece of artwork is purchased, copyright always
remains property of the artist unless agreed in writing in advance.
6) Disclaimer
Pure Arts Group will endeavour to ensure that this site is up to
date, but can give no guarantee of the accuracy and currency of the
information provided on it. Pure Arts Group is not responsible for
the content of any external links which may be accessed through the
Pure Gallery.
